The aim initially was for improved flexibility rather than increased performance although the car was listed with 62bhp. Dispatched 7^th March 1928 to the first owner, via Henly's Ltd of London this is one of only 2 Alvis cars listed with James Young coachwork the other being a 1937 4.3 Saloon.With considerable recent expenditure, the car is in very good condition has been maintained to a very good level.
