1932 SPEED 20 SA Vanden Plas Style Tourer

This delightful looking Alvis was despatched on 9th. July 1932 to Charles Follett of London, fitted with a Vanden Plas DHC body originally and went to its first owner Mrs Jacqueline Whigham. Following a period of neglect, left rusting for eighteen years in a field the car was purchased in 1986 by David Nowill who set about a partial restoration and converted the body to Vanden Plas Tourer style. The current owner completed the restoration and has maintained the car well, undertaking many touring holidays including Scandinavia, Spain, France, Italy, Scotland and Switzerland over recent years.

The SA is considered by to be the purest and most desirable of the range and this car is in good roadworthy condition ready for many more adventures.
