1963 TD 21 Saloon Series Two By Park Ward

Completed on 9th October 1963 supplied to Andrews Garage ,Derby. Five owners later it was purchased from Mr Walton (`Young Ron` Alvis – Author)by the current owner. Already an excellent car he set about creating something special. Comprehensive Improvements include Auto ZF 4-speed gearbox with `J`-Gate, Adjustable power steering, new cylinder head with hardened valve seats ,Coopercraft four pot brakes, new wheels and hubs, soundproofing, new suspension springs, leather gaiters,, adjustable shocks, new wishbones, trunnions, bushes, high torque starter, electronic ignition, two fans, electric auxiliary fuel pump , halogen headlights Etc etc……

Internally: re-finished dash, matched steering wheel, refurbished upholstery, some carpeting, LED instrument and interior lighting.

The car was re-painted in the Summer of 2020. The above list outlines the majority of work completed on this car. Clearly a drivers car rather than a purists this is an exceptional TD. It passed its MOT with no advisories as we expected. Quite expensive but quite worth it.
