1935 Speed 20 Drop Head Coupe by Charlesworth

The Speed Twenty was one of the most successful pre war models. With its powerful 2.7 litre straight six engine giving a top speed of over 90 mph and the smooth all-synchromesh gear box this car is a true pre war grand tourer. A total of 289 SC models were built of which only 32 chassis carried Charlesworth drop head coachwork. This particular example was delivered to Joseph Francis Carpanini of Cardiff on the 4th June 1935. Restored in our workshops in 2005, it’s in near excellent condition, a matching number car in its original colour.
